Yingchuan Clan Ancestral Hall Introduction
Yingchuan Ancestral Hall was built during the Jiaqing period of the Qing dynasty and completed renovations in 1956. The Yingchuan Ancestral Hall is a brick structure and the place where the first ancestor of the Chen family settled. It is a Minnan-style building in a square layout, consisting of 2 main sections and 3 openings. The roof framework is a purlin-and-rail type, which is wooden in construction, and the roof is covered with red tiles. The ridge features a swallowtail design, and the walls are adorned with floral motifs, dragon patterns, and cloud-shaped paintings.
