Zhumen Yuxue Bingzhidian Introduction
The "Red Bean Milk Ice" at Yu Hsueh Ice Branch uses locally produced red beans from Taiwan, which have a darker red color, thinner skins, and a rich aroma; the lotus seeds used in the "Lotus Seed Ice" and "Lotus Seed Popsicle" are produced in Baihe. At the end of the lotus viewing season, the agricultural association delivers the lotus seeds to the shop, wrapped in newspaper and refrigerated for storage, ensuring that "Lotus Seed Popsicles" and "Lotus Seed Ice" are available all year round.
