Lianpu Garden Lotus Product DIY Experience Factory Introduction
The bakery was established in 1972. Later, with the promotion of local industry policies, the "One Township, One Product" initiative arose, and the Baihe Lotus Festival was launched, which led to the production of lotus seed processed products that have been crafted as gifts for 15 years, with over 40 varieties. Due to the demand from the workplace and visitor tours, a lotus farm processing factory was established in 2003, allowing visitors to see the production of lotus seed products. In 2010, a policy was advocated for rice products, and this factory fully developed 100% flour-free baked rice products, now offering 16 mature products. The quality and taste of the rice buns (bread) surpass those of advanced countries. On August 5th, a presentation was held in the lobby of the Council of Agriculture, which received unanimous praise from the Agricultural and Food Agency, the Rice Research Institute, and other units.
