The best-selling fresh milk steamed buns, buns, and flower rolls are made entirely from fresh milk without a drop of water, resulting in a soft and fragrant texture with a hint of dairy aroma. When broken apart, the structure is dense and refined, and the bun fillings are perfectly balanced.
