Yu-Ching A-Yue Mango Ice Introduction
About 30 years ago, the origin of YuJing A-Yue began with a bowl of "Shaved Grass Jelly" started by my aunt. In winter, we sold Shaved Grass Jelly, using more ingredients and larger portions than most shops, and we cooked it ourselves, ensuring hygiene and safety. In summer, we added an assortment of ingredients over shaved ice, creating a bowl of "Eight Treasure Ice." Because YuJing produces abundant "mangoes," my aunt also tried adding fresh mango chunks on top of the shaved ice, leading to the creation of YuJing A-Yue's signature "Mango Ice"! As the times change and people's tastes become more diverse, we continually introduce various ice desserts, including Snowflake Mango Ice and Snowy Mango Ice.
