Fulai Pot originally started as a popular personal hotpot restaurant in Tianmu, Taipei, founded by young people returning from Matsu. It aims to inherit the flavors of their hometown while also introducing innovative tastes. The restaurant offers a variety of broth options, including spicy hotpot, pickled cabbage, and smoked bonito tea, along with locally sourced seafood from Matsu, incorporating limited ingredients such as mussels and homemade noodles.
