Lion Forest Bakery Introduction

Lion Forest Bakery was founded by Mr. Huang Shu-Wang. When he was young, he learned to make pastries, and in addition to pastries, he excels at making bread, cakes, sweet deep-fried dough sticks, egg rolls, and other snacks. Lion Forest Bakery was originally named Lion Forest Pastry and Bread Shop, established in the 70th year of the Republic of China, initially located in Keelung, and later moved to Jinshan. The owner utilizes the locally abundant taro and sweet potatoes from Jinshan to create the "One Bite" Taro Puff and Sweet Potato Puff, which are small pastries that can be eaten in one bite, becoming popular souvenirs among tourists. Additionally, the owner has improved malt sugar combined with small-sized sesame candies to produce the non-sticky "One Bite" Sesame Candy that can be eaten in one bite without dropping sesame everywhere, which has been very well received. The pastries at Lion Forest are almost entirely handmade, resulting in an especially good texture.
