Le Pin Coffee Shop, established in 2018 on the third floor of the Heping Island Park Visitor Center, has always maintained its core value of "creating a local brand" since the first cup of drink. The shop offers not only the naturally beautiful seaview but also professional coffee tasting by skilled artisans. From classic specialty coffees made from world barista competition-winning coffee beans to their own roasted premium coffee, and unique pastries inspired by the intertidal zone of Keelung, such as sea lettuce cheesecake and sea lettuce brown sugar sea salt crisps; in 2022, they set "ecological dining" as their sustainable development concept, using "Taiwanese aroma" as inspiration and "environment and history" as the axis, developing drinks and pastries that are closer to nature and can tell the story of Keelung. Le Pin Coffee Shop hopes to offer tourists an added layer of "lingering taste" in their travel memories.
