Jin Che Jiaoxi Orchid Garden Introduction

Orchids are known as one of the "Four Gentlemen" in Chinese culture, alongside plum blossoms, bamboo, and chrysanthemums, and they are among the favorite flowers of people in Taiwan. The Golden Flower Orchid Garden was established in 1988 and primarily engages in flower tissue culture, cell culture, genetic engineering, variety breeding, and the production of virus-free healthy seedlings. The climate in Yilan is highly suitable for the growth of Phalaenopsis orchids. Additionally, with significant investment in computer-controlled facilities, the quality of the produced orchids is excellent, earning a great reputation. The spacious area of the garden is planned with different themed zones. Starting from a rainforest exploration theme, visitors can recognize the importance of natural ecology while exploring flowers and rainforest organisms, and collectively care for our planet. Here, visitors have the opportunity to see many rare flowers and enjoy close interactions with adorable animals in a hands-on experience area. Light meals, coffee, desserts, and poached shrimp services, as well as a selection of Golden Flower products, are provided on-site for consumer choices. We sincerely welcome your visit to enjoy the pastoral scenery of Jiaoxi. In addition to orchids, various types of cacti are also among the favorites. People can participate in a close encounter with capybaras activity, guided by specialists who will share interesting information about capybaras. Visiting the rainforest exploration area feels like entering a cleansing experience in a rainforest.
