Chinachem Jiaoxi Orchid Garden Introduction

Orchids, along with plum, bamboo, and chrysanthemum, are known as the Four Gentlemen in Chinese culture and are one of the most loved flowers among Taiwanese people. The Jin Che Orchid Garden was established in 1988, mainly engaging in flower tissue culture, cell culture, genetic engineering, variety breeding, and the production of virus-free healthy seedlings. The climate in Yilan is particularly suitable for the growth of Phalaenopsis orchids, and with the investment in computer-controlled facilities, the quality of the produced orchids is excellent, establishing a good reputation. The garden features spacious areas with different themed sections, starting from rainforest exploration. Visitors can learn about the importance of natural ecology while enjoying the company of flowers and rainforest creatures, together with a shared responsibility to care for our planet. Here, you have the opportunity to see many珍奇花卉 (exotic flowers) and experience close interactions with lovely animals. Simple meals, coffee, desserts, boiled shrimp services, and Jin Che products are available for consumers to choose from. We sincerely welcome you to come and enjoy the pastoral scenery of Jiaoxi. In addition to orchids, there are various types of cacti! Visitors can participate in the "Kiss the Capybara" activity, with professional explanations accompanying them, unlocking interesting information about capybaras. Visiting the rainforest exploration area is like entering a refreshing rainforest immersion.
