King Car Orchid Garden Introduction
Orchids are one of the favorite flowers of the Taiwanese people, known as one of the "Four Gentlemen" along with plum, bamboo, and chrysanthemum in Chinese culture. The Jimca Orchid Garden was established in 1988 and mainly engages in floriculture tissue culture, cell culture, genetic engineering, variety selection, and the production of virus-free healthy plantlets. Due to the suitable climate in Yilan for growing Phalaenopsis orchids, and the investment in computer-controlled equipment by Jimca, the quality of the produced orchids is excellent, leading to a good reputation. The spacious area of the garden is planned with different themed zones, inspired by rainforest exploration, allowing visitors to learn about the importance of natural ecology while enjoying the flowers and rainforest creatures. Here, there's a chance to see many rare floral plants and experience close interactions with charming animals. The site offers light meals, coffee, desserts, and boiled shrimp, as well as Jimca's product series for consumers to choose from. We sincerely welcome you to enjoy the rural scenery of Jiaoxi. In addition to orchids, there are also a variety of cacti! Visitors can participate in the "Kiss the Capybara" activity, where a guide will explain and share interesting information about capybaras. Visiting the rainforest exploration area feels like a baptism in a rainforest.
