Adhering to the principles of food safety and hygiene, the company employs state-of-the-art round tank aquaculture equipment without the addition of any antibiotics or chemicals throughout the farming process. It has received certifications for excellent aquaculture, CAS certification, and traceability certification, ensuring that consumers can buy with confidence and eat safely. With the rising trend of tourism in Yilan, the seafood sales department has been established, featuring indoor and outdoor white shrimp farming areas, a marine ecology display area, and the only shark feeding activity in Taiwan. Visitors can enjoy the unique experience of observing schools of sharks and rays from a glass platform high above. On-site services include Jin Chern's fresh shrimp blanching, various exquisite dishes, and coffee afternoon tea snacks.
