Jiaoxi Hot Spring Plaza Introduction
The Jiaoxi Hot Spring Plaza is located at the intersection of Section 5 of Jiaoxi Road and Hot Spring Road. The plaza features hot spring figurines, often attracting passing travelers to pause for a photo opportunity and take a short break. On the other side of the plaza is the Tangwei Creek Trail, where visitors can stroll along the creek and enjoy the lush natural surroundings, savoring a leisurely and peaceful moment. The landmark of Jiaoxi Hot Spring is the prominent four-character phrase "Jiaoxi Hot Spring," which is very impressive! In the plaza, the most noticeable feature is the "big rock," which stands firmly on the lawn, making a strong statement! It is one of the landmarks of Jiaoxi Hot Spring, and tourists often take photos here, making it a favorite spot for photographers. The Tangwei Creek Trail is perfect for slowing down and taking a walk along the creek. Next to the Jiaoxi Hot Spring Plaza, there is a short section of the Tangwei Creek Trail, where you can frequently see local elders, children, and couples leisurely walking along the trail during the afternoons, evenings, or after dinner. The trail is equipped with many benches, allowing weary walkers to sit down and enjoy the scenery and chat with companions. The Jiaoxi Multi-Story Parking Lot is visually striking with its unique geometric design! During weekends, the Jiaoxi Hot Spring area sees a large influx of visitors, often resulting in a shortage of parking spaces. The Jiaoxi Township Office has specially opened this multi-story parking lot, which includes 253 parking spaces, including spaces for the physically challenged. The fees are NT$30 per hour for small cars during the day (08:00-23:00) and NT$20 per hour at night (23:00-08:00), with a maximum charge of NT$300 per day for small cars. We welcome all tourists to park their vehicles here and enjoy a wonderful hot spring journey!
