Jiaoxi Hot Springs Plaza Introduction
Jiao Xi Hot Spring Plaza is located at the intersection of Section 5 of Jiao Xi Road and Hot Spring Road. The plaza features hot spring figurines that often encourage travelers passing by to stop and take photos, as well as to rest for a while. On the other side of the plaza, there is the Tang Wei River Trail, where visitors can enjoy the surrounding lush natural paths along the river, relishing a leisurely and tranquil time. The hot spring landmark has the big bold characters "Jiao Xi Hot Spring," which is very impressive! The most notable feature in the Jiao Xi Hot Spring Plaza is the "big stone," which stands firmly on the lawn and is quite striking! It is one of the landmarks of Jiao Xi Hot Spring, and tourists visiting here often take photos. It's also a favorite spot for photographers. The Tang Wei River Trail is perfect for slowing down and taking a stroll. Along the Tang Wei River, there is a short section of the Tang Wei River Trail next to Jiao Xi Hot Spring Plaza, where you can often see local elders, children, and couples enjoying a leisurely afternoon, evening, or after-dinner walk along the trail. The trail has many benches where visitors can sit down to enjoy the scenery, chat, and take a break. The Jiao Xi Multi-Story Parking Lot stands out with its uniquely geometric exterior! The Jiao Xi Hot Spring area is crowded on weekends, often making parking spots hard to find, so the Jiao Xi Township Office has specially opened this multi-story parking lot, which has a total of 253 parking spaces, including spaces for people with disabilities. The fees are: daytime (08:00-23:00) NT$30/hour for small cars, nighttime (23:00-08:00) NT$20/hour for small cars, with a maximum daily charge of NT$300 for small cars.
