Li Teng-fang Residence Introduction

The national historic site "Li Teng-fang Ancient Residence," also known as "Li Jin-hsing Ancient House," was built in 1860. The layout, feng shui, and decoration of the residence are highly distinctive and well-preserved, symbolizing the process of Han Chinese families deeply cultivating the land in Daxi. The owner of the residence, the "Li Jin-hsing Public Worship Corporation in Taoyuan City," entrusted the management of the residence to the Matsu Museum in 2017. The museum, guided by the concept of "heritage," has positioned the residence as the "Daxi Game Mini Academy," expecting to pass down the cultural values of the residence and Daxi's local customs through parent-child and school education methods.
