Li Teng-fang Old Residence Introduction

The national historical site "Li Teng-fang Old Residence," also known as "Li Jin-hsing Old House," was built in 1860. The layout, feng shui, and decoration of the Li Residence are quite unique and well-preserved, symbolizing the process of the Han Chinese family deeply cultivating the Daxi area. The owner of the Li Residence, "Taoyuan County Li Jin-hsing Memorial Foundation," entrusted the management of the residence to the Matsu Wood Art Eco Museum in 2017. The museum is guided by the concept of "Heritage" and positions the Li Residence as a "Daxi Game Elementary School," aiming to pass down the cultural values of the Li Residence and the local Daxi environment through family and school education methods.
