Daxi Riverside Park Introduction

Crossing the Daxi Bridge, on the left bank of the Daxi Riverside Park, travelers can not only feel the cultural sentiment of a classic town but also experience another unique travel landscape. Covering approximately 6.9 hectares, Daxi Riverside Park offers not only a rich array of children’s play facilities but also expansive green spaces that allow both adults and children to relax immensely, with various forms of enjoyment in both dynamic and static experiences! Rope bridges, slides, swings, and hanging bars... accompany children as they stretch their bodies and release their energy, letting them play to their heart's content! The pirate ship playground in the park combines various physical fitness equipment, each one eagerly awaiting to be experienced. The park is designed with the concept of creating an "inclusive space," so besides the commonly found play equipment, it also features accessible play structures such as nest swings, spinning discs, whispering tubes, and musical wall panels, allowing children or elderly individuals with mobility difficulties to play freely. For adventurous kids, the children’s bicycle off-road course offers a clever design of obstacles to test their balance, stability, and reaction skills! The park also houses a fitness playground and a softball field, providing a delightful experience as one enjoys sports amidst beautiful mountains and waters. While in the countryside, quietly appreciating the scenery is also a great choice. Bring homemade sushi and sandwiches for a picnic party on the large lawn, combining beautiful views with delicious food—perfect! Moreover, you can plan a leisurely stroll after the picnic; the park features accessible trails linking the lakeside wooden viewing platform, waterside plaza, and ecological adjustment pools, offering varied scenery regardless of sunshine or rain, morning or evening. The bald cypress forest near the entrance square is a popular photo spot that visitors rarely miss; every autumn and winter, it adds rows of dreamy orange-red trees, creating an exotic atmosphere. As the weather gradually warms up and the branches turn green, it offers a different melancholic beauty.
