Lin's Fruit Farm Introduction
Across from the stone arch bridge on Jianzhuwu Road, there is a thriving orchard. If you happen to visit during the summer, the fruit trees are laden with ripe water pears. A beautiful farmhouse stands beside the slope, tempting visitors to explore further. Jianzhuwu is famous for its rice dishes, and in addition to Xinpu rice noodles, there are various unexpected delicious rice meals and numerous experiential activities. The clever combination of food and fun leaves visitors delighted. The Lin family's orchard, named after its fruits, feels quite romantic within this rice food village. The genuine nature of the owner is evident as a few words can't help but express care for the orchard. With a gentle touch on the water pears, he turns around to mention the rapid growth of weeds, much like a father worrying about his children. The fruits in sight are all different, and even the unseen land is filled with his beloved fruits. The orchard manager patiently introduces, "This plant is citrus, those few are water pears, oh! This one is grapefruit, and there’s this seasonal persimmon," as if calling the names of his children, knowing each plant intimately. A visit during the fruit season, even with crowds, still leaves plenty to pick at the Lin family's orchard.
