Jinhan Persimmon Cake Education Park Introduction
To fully understand the complete story and knowledge of persimmon production, you can visit the Jinhan Persimmon Education Park located in the Persimmon Specialty Zone of Hanjian Village, Xinpux Township. Established in 1947, the park is named after the founder Liu Hsing-Wu's father's name, "Jinhan." Participating in guided tours allows you to experience the process of persimmon cake production and understand the hardworking spirit of Taiwan's traditional industry. The park also offers on-site visits for persimmon processing, tastings, and DIY activities such as making red persimmon cakes, water persimmons, and kneading persimmon cakes. Additionally, the second floor of Jinhan Persimmon can accommodate 200 to 300 people for persimmon dyeing workshops, which must be reserved in advance.
