Jinhan Persimmon Cake Education Park Introduction

To understand the complete story and knowledge of persimmon production, the Jinhan Persimmon Education Park located in the Persimmon Professional Zone of Hanjiao Li, Xinpuxi Township, was established back in 1947. The person in charge of Jinhan Persimmon, Liu Xingwu, named the family business after his father's name "Jinhan." By participating in the guided tours, visitors can fully experience the persimmon drying process and understand the hard work spirit of Taiwan's traditional industries. The park also offers on-site visits for persimmon processing, tastings, and DIY activities such as making dried persimmons, red persimmons, and water persimmons. In addition to persimmon production, the second floor of Jinhan Persimmon can accommodate a handmade persimmon dyeing classroom for 200 to 300 people, but prior reservations are required.
