No Burden Farm Introduction

Located in Huaguang Village, the "Burden-Free Farm" is nestled in this quaint Hakka farming community. As more local farmers engage in organic cultivation, they protect the land and ecology through sustainable farming practices, gradually restoring local biodiversity. When visiting the Burden-Free Farm, you can personally experience agricultural activities. Depending on the season, visitors can participate in activities such as rice planting and harvesting, getting hands-on with the land and learning about natural farming methods. Additionally, you can enter the duck coop to collect duck eggs, making red clay salted duck eggs and enjoying a fun DIY experience. In the coop, picking up the duck eggs, you return to the classroom to mix the red clay with salt evenly, gently wrapping it around the eggs and rolling them in rice husks to ensure even coverage. Finally, using banana leaves instead of plastic bags as wrapping materials embodies the "burden-free" concept of environmental protection and sustainability. After setting the eggs in a cool place at home for about a month, wash off the red clay, steam them, and you can savor this delicious salted duck egg made by hand.
