Paper Workshop at Zhiyiao Mill Introduction
The Paper Workshop at Qionglin, rich in fragrant bamboo forests and water resources, was originally the home of the Liu family. Here, they learned papermaking techniques, built the paper workshop, and developed the paper industry, making it the birthplace of traditional handmade paper for gold and silver offerings in northern Taiwan. Visiting this place not only allows you to understand the traditional history, the origins of papermaking, and admire the preserved papermaking equipment and techniques, but also offers DIY workshops for hands-on experience and creative play.
