Lung Sheng Temple Introduction

Longsheng Temple is dedicated to Guansheng Emperor and has a history of over a century. It serves as a religious center for the local community. In the Showa Era of Japan, a major earthquake occurred in 1935, causing some damage to the temple's walls. It underwent repairs in 1947, and since then, it has been continuously renovated, resulting in a structure that is no longer the original building. Although the old architecture has not been completely preserved, the ancient artifacts removed during the renovations have not been discarded but are instead displayed in the square in front of the temple and at the Fuxing Old Tea Factory. Those interested in ancient artifacts can appreciate the craftsmanship from that time.
