Fengqi Cape Sunset Introduction
Fengshan and Qixiyan are located at the end of Kengzikou Mountain in Xinfeng Township, and are commonly referred to as "Fengbiwei" due to their shape resembling the beak of a phoenix. Accessed via an industrial road beside Ming Hsin University of Science and Technology, from the elevated coastal area at the western end, you can overlook Guanyin Township to the north and Hsinchu and Xiangshan Plain to the south. During sunset, the colors of the mountain blend beautifully with the evening glow, illuminating the surface of the sea. This site is recorded as one of the Eight Views of Tamsui in the Tamsui Hall Chronicles, named "Fengqi Evening Glow."
