Yunshan Water Plant Farm Introduction
Yun Mountain Water is a rising tourist destination in recent years and a must-visit spot for travelers in Shoufeng, Hualien. The shimmering lake surface presents different appearances over time and seasons, captivating visitors. The Yun Mountain Water Ecological Park is privately owned, and the Dream Lake was also artificially excavated. While the picturesque scenery has turned this area into a tourist hotspot and is open for public visits, there are still many private residences and lands within the park that are not accessible to the public. Visitors should remember to speak softly and respect the privacy of local residents while enjoying the beautiful views, and vehicles are prohibited from entering the park. The Yun Mountain Water Nature Ecological Farm is located in Shoufeng Township, Hualien, situated between the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range in the Hualien-Taitung Valley, covering an area of approximately 24 hectares, with Dream Lake encompassing about 4 hectares. The clear waters reveal small fish, which naturally attract many migratory birds to forage and settle here, enriching the ecosystem of the park. Additionally, various palm trees and seasonal flowering plants, as well as broadleaf forests, are planted around the park, resulting in differing scenery throughout the year, with each season offering its unique charm. This location is also a popular spot for many photography enthusiasts. The enchanting landscape captivates everyone, allowing children to run freely. If you wish to stay overnight, there are several homestays available in the park for arrangements. Transportation: ● By car: From the north along Provincial Highway 9, after crossing the Fengping Bridge, turn right onto Provincial Highway 11 B at about 229 kilometers, then turn onto a small road after seeing the windmill about 14 kilometers later (about a minute's drive).
