Transportation Methods：1. By car: Take National Highway 1 and exit at the Daye Tunnel, then keep right. After the Eastern Coast Elevated Bridge, you will arrive at the "Keelung City Cultural Affairs Bureau" building next to Keelung Port. 2. Public transportation: You can take a train or bus to Keelung Railway Station and then walk for about 10-15 minutes to reach the destination. Within the city, you can take the Keelung City Bus to the Erhsin Loop Station or Keelung City Hall Station and walk about 3-5 minutes to arrive.
