Yunlin Technology University Ecological Leisure Farm Introduction
The Yunke Ecological Leisure Farm, primarily focused on growing citrus fruits, offers fruit-picking experiences in the autumn and winter, while spring and summer activities include flower viewing, kiln control, and DIY traditional toys. Families can enjoy playful activities in the largest mudfish pond in Yunlin County, experiencing the rural charm of catching mudfish that was common in earlier times. The Yunke Farm is conveniently located about 900 meters from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, along University Road in Douliu City. The farm is run by Mr. Chen Wentian, a professional farmer who has received the National Agricultural Award. In addition to various cultivars of citrus trees, the farm also grows numerous flowers and herbs and raises many animals. Yunke Farm offers small plot experiences for visitors to enjoy the fun of being a farmer; however, due to busy farming work on weekdays, individual visitor services are not provided. The farm accepts group applications and can host ecological experiences, barbecue activities, team-building games, and water-related activities. Douliu is known for its abundant fruits, and Yunke Ecological Leisure Farm allows people to fully enjoy the pleasure of fruit-picking in the countryside.
