In 2009, he opened a new factory, "Jing Tian International Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." and in March 2013, it passed the PIC/SG.M.P certification. The company adheres to the business principle of providing high-quality products to the medical industry and operates under the philosophy of "Customer First, Quality First, Researching Good Medicine, and Benefiting Humanity," continually striving for excellence in producing high-quality medicines and medical preparations. Upholding a spirit of integrity, the company is dedicated to producing various effective, safe, affordable, and quality products, offering better product services, and making the greatest efforts and contributions to human health and happiness. Oral health is an important health trend today; regardless of lifestyle, dietary habits, or cleaning and maintenance methods, they all affect the care of oral and bodily organs. In recent years, news reports have indicated that Taiwan has the highest rate of dental caries in children globally, and more than 60% of adults suffer from periodontal disease, necessitating treatment from medical institutions. However, there is a lack of support and promotion for important preventive health care by communities or organizations. In response, Jing Tian International Pharmaceutical, through academic-industrial cooperation with the College of Oral Medicine at Chung Shan Medical University, provides expertise and data, and in 2018 established the "Secret of Smiling Oral Health Center," hoping to promote the importance of oral health and quality of life among Taiwan's population.
