Liushui Reservoir Introduction

This is a run-of-the-river reservoir, featuring the only zigzag spillway in Taiwan. Surrounded by lush green mountains, the reservoir offers a stunning view from above, capturing the beauty in its entirety. The shimmering surface of the water adds to the enchanting natural atmosphere, while the reservoir nurtures rich biodiversity, including a significant population of fish, as well as natural shrubbery and secondary forests. It is an excellent destination for exploring and enjoying scenic views.

Transportation Methods：Self-driving: Take National Highway No. 1 and exit at the Sanyi Interchange. Head south on Provincial Highway 13 for about 1 kilometer until you see the sign for Xihu Village. Continue for 300 meters to the fork, then turn left onto the rural road to reach Liuyutan Reservoir.
