To enter the Tianwei Highway Flower Garden, there are multiple roads leading to it, but the main entrance and bus stop are located on Minzu Road Section 1 near Taiwan Provincial Highway 1. There is a Tianwei Visitor Center that provides basic travel information such as inquiries and a map of local stores. The Changhua County Government's Department of Urban and Tourism Development has created an inclusive parent-child play area at the iconic Tianwei Yixin Garden, which is set to reopen in 2024, offering more diverse experiences for families. Nearby, there is also a parking lot; operators renting tricycles and electric bicycles are gathered in the vicinity, making it convenient for self-driving visitors to switch from larger vehicles to smaller ones to explore the flower town in a more land-connected way.
