Tianwei Highway Flower Garden Introduction

When rice fields are transformed into flower fields, you arrive at Tianwei Township, known as the hometown of flowers. This area is the largest flower production region in Taiwan and also the biggest plant sales center. The theme of horticultural industry has created a highway garden that is unparalleled worldwide, gathering more than 140 nurseries and landscape gardens, composing a super flower expo that is vast, colorful, and vibrant throughout the seasons. Especially, the flower farmers and businesses in Tianwei are highly skilled and are the masterminds behind countless popular horticultural trends. Whether you want to "pick flowers and play with grass" in search of the trendiest blooms, or "take a quick look at the flowers" to enjoy, purchase plants, and relax, or if you wish to delve deeply into the study of horticulture, this cross-village flower kingdom offers endless exploration fun.

To enter the Tianwei Highway Flower Garden, there are multiple roads leading to it, but the main entrance and bus stop are located on Minzu Road Section 1 near Taiwan Provincial Highway 1. There is a Tianwei Visitor Center that provides basic travel information such as inquiries and a map of local stores. The Changhua County Government's Department of Urban and Tourism Development has created an inclusive parent-child play area at the iconic Tianwei Yixin Garden, which is set to reopen in 2024, offering more diverse experiences for families. Nearby, there is also a parking lot; operators renting tricycles and electric bicycles are gathered in the vicinity, making it convenient for self-driving visitors to switch from larger vehicles to smaller ones to explore the flower town in a more land-connected way.
