Ice Zongzi Museum Introduction
The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Food Company, which started out with traditional mochi production. It is an ideal place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice dumpling making. Outside the museum, there is a large wall painted with graffiti, created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum features a traditional style, with the first floor dedicated to the introduction of the production line, displaying early mochi-making machines along with visual and textual explanations. The second floor is the exhibition area, showcasing unique flavors of ice dumplings along with a sales area. There is also a DIY classroom where children can enjoy making mini dumplings and a parent-child play area that kids love!
