Ice Dumpling Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Gourmet Enterprise. It started with traditional mochi production and is a great place for parents to take their children to experience the fun of DIY ice zongzi making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum features a charming, antique-style design. The first floor introduces the production line with displays of early mochi-making machines and explanatory texts. The second floor is a visitor area where unique flavors of ice zongzi are displayed and sold, along with a DIY classroom where children can enjoy making mini zongzi and a family-friendly play area that kids love!
