Ice Zongzi Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Food Industry, which originally started as a traditional mochi manufacturer. It is an excellent place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY making ice zongzi. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall, a collaborative creation by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum itself has an ancient and quaint style. The first floor features an introduction to the production line, showcasing early mochi-making machines along with explanatory texts and images. The second floor is a viewing area that displays unique flavors of zongzi from the museum and a sales section. There is also a DIY classroom where children can enjoy making mini zongzi, as well as a parent-child play area that is a favorite among kids!
