Ice Dumpling Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is operated by Yong Tai Food Enterprise, which started with traditional mochi manufacturing. It is a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY zongzi making. Outside the museum, there is a large graffiti wall that was collaboratively created by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum has an antique style; the first floor introduces the production line, featuring displays of early mochi-making machines and illustrated explanations. The second floor is the exhibition area, showcasing unique flavors of ice zongzi and a sales area. There is also a DIY classroom where children can enjoy making mini zongzi, along with a parent-child play area that kids love!
