Ice Rice Dumpling Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Food Enterprise. It started as a traditional mochi factory in its early days, making it a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice zongzi making. Outside the museum, there is a large painted graffiti wall created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The design of the museum is ancient and quaint. The first floor introduces the production line, featuring displays of early mochi-making machines and explanatory visuals. The second floor is the viewing area, showcasing unique flavors of ice zongzi from the museum and a sales area. There is also a DIY classroom where kids can enjoy the fun of making mini zongzi and a parent-child play area that children love!
