Ice Dumpling Museum Introduction
The Ice Zongzi Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Food Company, which started as a producer of traditional mochi. It's a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice zongzi making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall created collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The museum features an antique style; the first floor showcases the production line, including displays of early mochi-making machines and informative graphics. The second floor is for visitors, featuring unique flavors of zongzi from the Ice Zongzi Invention Museum as well as a sales area. There is also a DIY classroom where children can experience making mini zongzi and a parent-child play area that kids love!
