Yulin Enterprise was established in 1977, initially producing adhesive for stationery, using Japanese brands as learning benchmarks, successfully breaking the long-standing habit in Taiwanese society of using paste. The products even expanded to Europe, America, and Japan. Later, encouraged by foreign clients, Yulin Enterprise ventured into developing painting-type pigments, successfully inventing glitter painting pigments, becoming the first company in Taiwan to produce glitter powder and glitter painting pigments. After the product launch, it was well received by overseas clients and became a supplier for many internationally renowned brands. The successful invention of glitter painting pigments also prompted Yulin Enterprise to shift towards a research and development path focused on pigments. Due to long-term overseas sales, children and adults in Taiwan had no opportunity to experience the fun of these special pigments. Therefore, Doctor Color boldly established a store at the Tianwei Highway Garden in Changhua for marketing. With the experience gained from the store, in 2015, through the tourism factory promotion plan by the Changhua County Government, it was transformed into the "Color Play Creativity Museum," hoping to foster concepts of color and aesthetics in a warm and joyful environment for everyone. From production factory to store operation, and finally establishing the Color Play Creativity Museum as a parent-child tourism factory, each stage has been a significant challenge. We hope that through the tourism factory, more children and adults in Taiwan can learn about the various painting pigments produced by Yulin Enterprise. At the same time, we want everyone to understand that products made in Taiwan can also be of such high quality.
