Wang Gong Fishing Port Introduction
The obvious landmark of Wang Gong - Fang Yuan Lighthouse, can be seen from afar standing tall along Provincial Highway 17 along the coast.

In the past, "Wang Gong Fishing Fire" was one of the eight scenic spots in Changhua. In recent years, the number of fishing boats has decreased, and the grand scene is no longer seen. However, visiting the seaside and climbing up to the observation deck of Wang Gong Fishing Port offers a great view of the fishing port. Before high tide, boats carrying oysters return to port, and you can see mudskippers and fiddler crabs in the intertidal zone. If you're lucky, you might find clams in the mud. Walking along the embankment road behind the Fangyuan Lighthouse towards Xin Bao Village, there is a large area of mangrove forest successfully rehabilitated by the Changhua County Agricultural Bureau over the years. The mangroves, about 1 meter high, provide habitat for waterbirds such as white egrets, making it a great natural ecology classroom.
