The prominent landmark of Wang Gong - the Fangyuan Lighthouse, can be seen from afar along Provincial Highway 17 coastal road, standing tall as a symbol of Wang Gong.

In the past, "Wangkong Fishing Fire" was one of the eight scenic spots in Changhua. In recent years, the number of fishing boats has decreased, and the thriving scene is no longer in sight. However, when you arrive at the seaside and climb up to the Wangkong Fishing Port observation deck, you can overlook the fishing port. Before high tide, boats carrying oysters return to port, and in the intertidal zone, you can see mudskippers and fiddler crabs; if you're lucky, you might find clams in the mud. Walking along the embankment road behind the Fangyuan Lighthouse towards Xinbao Village, you will find a large area of mangroves successfully restored by the Changhua County Agricultural Bureau over the years. The approximately one-meter-high mangroves are home to waterbirds like herons, making it a great natural ecological classroom.
