Street Long Dormitory Introduction
In 1920, during the ninth year of the Taisho era, Taiwan underwent a local administrative reform, and Lugang became Lugang Street in Changhua County, Taichung Prefecture. The first head of the street was Chen Huai-cheng of the Xia-Jiao Qingchang Trading Company, followed by the second head, Yoshida Shujiro, who was Japanese.
