Taiwan Craft House - Songlin Art Carving Center Introduction

Li Songlin (1907-1999), known as "Songlin Master," was an artist from a traditional woodcarving family, originally from Yongchun, Fujian. During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, his great-grandfather, Li Kejiu, crossed the sea to Taiwan to participate in the renovation of the Longshan Temple in Lugang, after which he settled in Lugang.
