Taiwan Craft Design Center - Songlin Art Carving Center Introduction

Li Songlin (1907-1999), known as "Songlin Master," was an artist from a traditional wood carving family with ancestral roots in Yongchun, Fujian. During the Daoguang era of the Qing Dynasty, his great-grandfather, Li Kejiao, crossed the sea to Taiwan to participate in the renovation of Longshan Temple in Lugang, where he then settled.
