Lan-hui Vineyard Introduction
Lan Hwei Winery originated from an honest couple. The elegant brand name "Lan Hwei" is derived from the names of the founding couple. "Lan" is the beautiful name of the wife, while "Hwei" is the esteemed title of the husband. "Lan Hwei" represents not only the cultivation of grapes and the techniques of wine and grape vinegar-making but also the deep emotional connection this couple has with their vineyard.
Lan Hwei Vineyard - Winery
Lan Hui Winery is a retro-style Sanheyuan (traditional three-part courtyard house) covering an area of 260 tsubo (approximately 860 square meters). The vibrant flowers in the courtyard create a relaxing atmosphere, and the sturdy green pearls in front are a sight to behold. If you love nature, you must visit this local Sanheyuan winery in central Taiwan.
The wines and vinegars from Lan Hui are made using grapes from over 50-year-old vines grown on-site and are crafted using traditional fermentation methods. The wines not only lack bitterness but also fully retain the nutrients found in grapes, such as resveratrol, proanthocyanidins, and other antioxidants, minerals, and unique natural enzymes, making them a nutritious, environmentally friendly, 100% natural health product for the body.
