The ranch, surrounded by camphor trees that have been preserved for thirty years, maintains its original appearance along with the old red brick pigsty. Part of the area has been organized for public access, offering coffee, light meals, as well as rental services for camping and event venues.

Changhua Yan's Ranch II was established in 1975 and covers an area of approximately 12 hectares. It is located on the northern side of County Road 139 along the Bagua Mountain Range and faces the Changbin Coast to the west. In the past, it operated as a pig farming business but ceased operations around 1990.
