The farm retains the original appearance surrounded by thirty-year-old camphor trees and old red brick pigsties. Part of it has been organized for public access, providing services such as coffee, light meals, and rental of camping and event spaces.

Changhua Yan's Ranch II began in 1975, covering an area of approximately 12 hectares, located on the north side of County Road 139 at the ridge line of the Bagua Mountain Range, with a view of the Changbin coastline to the west. It used to operate a pig farming business but ceased operations around 1990.
