The ranch retains the original appearance surrounded by thirty-year-old camphor trees and includes old red brick pigsties. Some areas have been organized and opened to the public, providing services such as coffee, light meals, and rental of camping and event venues.

Changhua Yan's Ranch II began in 1975, covering an area of about 12 hectares, located on the north side of County Road 139 along the Bagua Mountain Range, with a view of the Changbin Coast to the west. It used to operate pig farming, but stopped operations around 1990.
