The ranch retains the original appearance surrounded by thirty-year-old camphor trees and old red brick pigsties. Part of it has been organized for public access, offering coffee, light meals, and rental services for camping and event venues.

Changhua Yan's Farm II was established in 1975, covering an area of approximately 12 hectares. It is located on the north side of County Road 139 along the Bagua Mountain Range, offering a view of the Changhua coastal area to the west. It used to operate as a pig farming business but ceased operations around 1990.
