The pasture surrounded by thirty-year-old camphor trees retains its original appearance, along with an old brick pigsty. Some areas have been organized for public access, offering coffee, light meals, and rentals for camping and event spaces.

Changhua Yan's Ranch II started in 1975 and covers an area of approximately 12 hectares. It is located on the northern side of County Road 139 along the Bagua Mountain Range, overlooking the Changbin Coast to the west. It used to operate swine farming but ceased operations around 1990.
