The ranch retains its original appearance surrounded by thirty-year-old camphor trees and the old red-brick pigsty. Partially organized and open to the public, it provides coffee, light meals, and rental services for camping and event venues.

Changhua Yan's Ranch II began in 1975, covering an area of approximately 12 hectares, located on the northern side of County Road 139 along the Bagua Mountain Range, with a view of the Changbin Coast to the west. It used to operate a pig farming business but suspended operations around 1990.
