Changhua City One Line Sky Trail Introduction
The One-Line Sky Trail in Changhua City is located within the Taoyuan Community. It was once the riverbed of Beishi River, and after the river dried up, the riverbed has transformed into a dense natural forest. The current trail runs along the bottom of the valley, providing a very unique experience. As you walk along the path, you can see clusters of plants such as Yellow Bellwood, bamboo, and giant taro, and ferns clinging to them, giving the place a mysterious rainforest-like allure that attracts every visitor. The towering rock walls on both sides are remnants of the terrain carved by the river, shaped by geological movements, with the narrowest sections only allowing one person to pass. Looking outward from within, it appears as if the sky is only a narrow line wide, hence the name "One-Line Sky." Just a few minutes' drive from the city center, you can enjoy such astounding geological landscapes and witness the marks left by millennia of stream erosion and geological shifts, making it a must-see when visiting Bagua Mountain. The One-Line Sky Trail is currently maintained and managed by the Taoyuan Community Development Association in Changhua City and requires reservation for group visits.
