Yuanfeng Peak Introduction
Yuanfeng is located at 24.3 kilometers on the Taiwan Provincial Highway 14A, with an elevation of 2,756 meters. It offers exceptional views for enjoying distant scenery and the beauty of being at a high vantage point. The high-altitude area with minimal light pollution makes Yuanfeng one of the best locations for stargazing at night. The area is easily accessible, and in May, the valley is filled with blooming Taiwanese rhododendrons, which is quite charming. There is a winter season visitor service center in the Yuanfeng area, and vehicle restrictions will be implemented when the snow season arrives.
