Yuanfeng Peak Introduction
Yuanfeng is located at Kilometer 24.3 of Taiwan Province Highway 14A, with an elevation of 2,756 meters. It offers an excellent view to overlook distant landscapes and enjoy the beauty of being high above. The high-altitude, light pollution-free conditions make Yuanfeng an ideal location for stargazing at night. The area is easily accessible, and in May, the valleys are filled with blooming Rhododendron simsii, which is quite enchanting. There is a snow season visitor service center in the Yuanfeng area, and vehicle control is implemented when the snow season arrives.
