Yue Mei Shan Trail Introduction
Yuemai Mountain Trail is located in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County, and is part of the northern section of the Coastal Mountain Range, characterized by low-altitude forests. It is the only national trail on the Coastal Mountain Range. Originally a rural road for local residents, the southern section of the trail is gentle and easy to walk, while the northern section features pristine forests rich in ecological resources. Due to later development, it still retains the appearance of low-altitude broadleaf forest ecology, making it a trail that offers natural ecological experiences and educational opportunities.
