Yuemei Mountain Trail Introduction
Yuemei Mountain Trail is located in Shoufong Township, Hualien County, and is part of the northern section of the Coastal Mountain Range at a low elevation forest. It is the only national trail on the Coastal Mountain Range. Originally a local community access road, the southern section of the trail is gentle and easy to walk, while the northern section features pristine natural forests and rich ecological resources. Due to its later development, it still retains the characteristics of low-elevation broadleaf forest ecology, making it a trail that offers natural ecological experiences and educational opportunities.
