Kai Cheng Temple (Tiangong Temple) Introduction
Located in Ruifang District, New Taipei City, Kaicheng Temple (Tian Gong Temple) was established in the 46th year of the Republic of China. The temple is adjacent to Fushan Temple and is dedicated to the Jade Emperor. This temple is situated at the highest point of Jiufen, providing not only a place for the public to pray and worship but also a breathtaking view of the entire Jiufen area. Jiufen has always been a must-visit tourist attraction for both domestic and international visitors. For photographers, Jiufen is an excellent location for capturing stunning images. From the platform in front of Kaicheng Temple at the top of Jiufen Old Street, one can overlook the settlements here. The uniqueness of this place lies not only in its mountain scenery, but on clear days, one can gaze far out to the Shenao Fishing Port on the coastal highway, making the sunset views even more breathtaking.
