Originally named Shuixing Park, it has been redesigned by the New Taipei City Government, incorporating elements such as hills, valleys, forests, sentry posts, and tidal seas from the original Bali riverside. The redesign has added many recreational facilities and widened the existing bike path, making the Left Bank Walking Plaza a new highlight of Bali.
