Dream Lake, Xinxian Introduction
Xinxing Mountain is located on a ridge extending southward from Youlu Mountain. The summit is covered with numerous boulders and lacks vegetation. Standing atop Xinxing Mountain offers expansive views and a majestic skyline; the northeastern side of the ridge features a vertical cliff, while the southwestern side presents a 60-degree slope. Due to the significant elevation changes along the trail, extra caution is required during the climb. The elevation is 499 meters, distinctly contrasting with Dream Lake, which is situated at an altitude of approximately 325 meters. In winter, the area around the lake often becomes foggy in the afternoons, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that is commonly enjoyed by couples. Many even choose this location for wedding photos, highlighting the romantic ambiance and popularity of the trail. In addition to attracting visitors, Dream Lake is also a home to many small creatures. Walking along the trail beside the lake, there are pavilions and benches for rest, and visitors can also use the flat stones in the area as seating to quietly appreciate the beauty of nature.
