The Indigo Dyeing Tourist Service Center was completed in early September 2010 by the Urban and Rural Development Bureau of New Taipei City Government. To align with the concept of the Indigo Dyeing Park, it integrates indigo dyeing elements with tourist service functions, establishing the "Indigo Dyeing Tourist Service Center." It is currently operated by the Vibrant Sanxia Volunteer Team, which has established the Vibrant Sanxia Experimental Dyeing Studio dedicated to promoting indigo dyeing culture. Key display areas include the history of the Sanxia indigo dyeing industry, illustrated explanations of the dyeing process, a demonstration teaching area, and an explanation area for indigo dyeing works. Other services include an exhibition area for indigo dyeing products, indigo dyeing technique experiences, tourist service consultations, local small farm products, the display of promotional materials, and the screening of videos showcasing Sanxia's charm. Additionally, programs to cultivate talents in the indigo dyeing industry, such as indigo dyeing technique workshops, Sanxia cultural and historical ecological tours, and the Sanxia Walking Festival, are organized to enhance tourists' understanding of Sanxia culture, diversify local services in the old street area, and create tourism appeal for the town.
