The Indigo Dyeing Visitor Service Center was completed in early September 2010 by the Urban and Rural Development Bureau of New Taipei City Government. To align with the concept of the Indigo Dyeing Park, it integrates elements of indigo dyeing with visitor service functions, establishing the "Indigo Dyeing Visitor Service Center." It is currently operated by the Vibrant Sanxia Volunteer Team, which has founded the Vibrant Sanxia Experimental Dyeing Workshop, dedicated to promoting indigo dyeing culture. The main display elements include the development history of the Sanxia indigo dyeing industry, illustrated explanations of the dyeing process, a demonstration teaching area, and an explanation area for indigo dyeing works. Additionally, there are exhibition and sale areas for indigo dyeing products, indigo dyeing technique experiences, visitor service consultation, local agricultural products, promotional materials display, and screenings of Sanxia cultural videos. Furthermore, a community indigo dyeing industry workforce training program is offered, which includes courses on indigo dyeing techniques, Sanxia cultural and historical ecological tours, and the Sanxia-Yingge Walking Festival, enhancing visitors' understanding of Sanxia culture and diversifying local service offerings while creating the charming atmosphere of town tourism.

To align with the concept of the Indigo Dyeing Park, it integrates indigo dyeing elements with tourist service functions, establishing the "Indigo Dyeing Tourist Service Center." It is currently operated by the Vibrant Sanxia Volunteer Team, which has set up the Vibrant Sanxia Experimental Dye House, dedicated to promoting indigo dyeing culture. The main exhibition focuses on the development history of the Sanxia indigo dyeing industry, illustrated explanations of dyeing processes, demonstration teaching areas, and interpretation areas for indigo dyeing works. Additionally, there are spaces for the sale of indigo-dyed products, experiences of indigo dyeing techniques, tourist service consultations, local farm products, promotional materials displays, and screenings of Sanxia lifestyle videos. Programs such as cultivating human resources for the indigo dyeing industry's upstream and downstream, courses on indigo dyeing techniques, Sanxia cultural and ecological tours, and the Sanxia Walking Festival are organized to enhance visitors' understanding of Sanxia culture, diversify local services in the old street, and create tourist attractions.
