The Indigo Dyeing Visitor Service Center was completed in early September 2010 by the New Taipei City Government's Urban and Rural Development Bureau. To align with the image of the Indigo Dyeing Park, it integrates elements of indigo dyeing with visitor service functions, establishing the "Indigo Dyeing Visitor Service Center." It is currently managed by the Vibrant Sanxia Volunteer Team, which has established the Vibrant Sanxia Experimental Dyeing Workshop dedicated to promoting indigo dyeing culture. Key display highlights include the history of the indigo dyeing industry in Sanxia, explanations of the dyeing process with illustrations, a demonstration teaching area, and an explanation area for indigo dyeing works. Additional features include a sales space for indigo dyeing products, indigo dyeing technique experiences, providing visitor service consultations, showcasing local agricultural products, displaying promotional materials, and screening videos about Sanxia. There are also development plans for training personnel in the indigo dyeing industry in the community and offering courses on indigo dyeing techniques, ecological tours of the cultural and historical environment of Sanxia, the Sanxia Walking Festival, and more, enhancing tourists' understanding of Sanxia culture and diversifying local services to create an attractive tourist town.

It is currently operated by the Vibrant Sanxia Volunteer Team, which has established the Vibrant Sanxia Experimental Dyeing Workshop, dedicated to promoting indigo dyeing culture. The main exhibits focus on the development history of the Sanxia indigo dyeing industry, illustrated explanations of the dyeing process, a demonstration teaching area, and an explanation area for indigo dyeing works. Additionally, there are spaces for selling indigo dyeing products, experiencing indigo dyeing techniques, providing visitor service consultations, displaying local agricultural products, presenting promotional materials, and screening videos about Sanxia's culture. The center also implements a community indigo dyeing industry manpower training program, offering courses on indigo dyeing techniques, historical and ecological tours of Sanxia, the Sanxia-Yingge Walking Festival, etc., enhancing tourists' understanding of Sanxia culture, diversifying local services in the old town, and creating the town's tourism appeal.
