Zhonggang Dabaichin Waterway Trail Introduction
Who would have thought that a popular photo spot used to be a stinky ditch? The renovated Zhonggang Drain seems to have gained a new life, with greenery on both sides, clear water flowing in the middle, and fish swimming freely, showcasing rich ecosystems everywhere. The entrance to the riverside walking path of Zhonggang Drain features a three-dimensional underwater world mural, making you feel as if you are entering an underwater realm through a dreamy rainbow bridge. On both sides of the river, there are whimsical painted walls that blend into the landscape, and the 3D paintings give a lifelike experience. The riverside path is divided into four sections: Voice of Nature, Dance of Wind, Love of Water, and Dance of Light, which include the Water Dance Experience Area, Static Aquatic Plant Display Area, Water Activity Area, and Ecological Display Area, totaling approximately 2.6 kilometers. The design for accessibility is also quite well done, making it easy for friends in wheelchairs to enjoy. The ground of the corridor has many variations, with stone slabs occasionally interspersed with wooden bridges. Even for adults, it is quite novel and interesting, but to truly gauge how fun it is, everyone should come and experience it for themselves! Don't forget to take a picture with the "Colorful Building Blocks," as the vibrant blocks scattered along the river are the hottest photo spot on Instagram—be sure to remember to check in and share your beautiful photos!
