Who would have thought that this popular photo spot was once a stinky drainage ditch? After revitalization, the Zhonggang Drain seems to have been given new life — lush greenery flanks its sides, and in the middle, the water flows crystal clear, with fish swimming freely and rich ecology visible everywhere. The entrance to the Zhonggang Drain waterfront trail is painted with a three-dimensional underwater world mural, resembling an entrance to an underwater realm. Entering through a dreamy rainbow bridge, there are playful murals on either side of the riverbank, seamlessly integrated with the landscape. The 3D paintings make people feel like they are in the scene. The waterfront trail is divided into four sections: Voice of Green, Movement of Wind, Love of Water, and Dance of Light, which include a water dance experience area, a static aquatic plant exhibition area, a water activity area, and an ecological display area, with a total length of about 2.6 kilometers. The barrier-free design is also quite well done, making it convenient for friends in wheelchairs to access. The ground of the corridor has many variations, with stone slabs occasionally interspersed with wooden bridges, making it intriguing and fun even for adults, but just how interesting it is will have to be experienced in person! Don't forget to take a photo with the "Colorful Building Blocks," as the colorful big and small blocks scattered along the riverbank are the hottest photo spot on Instagram — it's definitely a must-remember!
