National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts Introduction
The National Center for Film and Audiovisual Culture, formerly known as the National Film Center and National Film Archive, is the only dedicated administrative institution in Taiwan for the collection of audiovisual assets. It is a formal member of the International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF) with the mission of enhancing the collection, research, restoration, and promotion of audiovisual assets, as well as realizing public accessibility to these assets. The new building of the National Center for Film and Audiovisual Culture officially opened in January 2022 in Xinzhuang. Its white exterior features a curved metal design that conveys a sense of technology and futurism, while the sunshade lattice design reflects the flow of time.
