Gyeongbokgung Palace Introduction

Built in 1750, this is a very important Tudi Gong temple in the Puji Street area and the only Tudi Gong temple in Tainan designated as a historical monument. In the past, this was one of the five ports known as Fotou Port, where many commercial ships frequented, and the temple was bustling with activity. Inside the temple, there is an ancient plaque from the Jiaqing era with the inscription "All Things Are Provided for Life." Although the traces of Fotou Port are no longer visible today, the preserved Shengfu Temple allows future generations to reminisce about the prosperity of that time.
