He Le Plaza (originally Chinatown) Introduction
He Le Plaza is the former site of the old Chinatown and was once one of Tainan's important business districts. After demolition, it was transformed into a waterfront park and opened on March 7, 2020. It is the largest waterfront square in Tainan City and was once named one of "The World's Seven Most Anticipated Parks" by Forbes magazine.
