Jieguan Pavilion Introduction
Due to the Taiwan Strait separating Taiwan from China, transportation in ancient times was quite inconvenient. When officials were dispatched to various places in Taiwan, after arriving in Xiamen, they would take a sea route, passing through the turbulent and shocking waters of the Black Waterway before reaching Luerhmen, and then transfer to cross the river to enter the city.
