Zuoing Tzu Chi Temple Introduction
Ciyuji Temple in Zuoying, also known as Ciyu Temple or Zuoying Ciyu Temple, is commonly referred to by locals as the Old Ancestor Temple. It is dedicated to Baosheng Dadi. Founded in the 58th year of the Kangxi Emperor's reign (1719 AD), it has a history of nearly 300 years. Although it has undergone several renovations and differs from its original appearance, the preserved plaques, couplets, and stone tablets still convey the simple yet comforting power of that time.
