Diamond Beach Introduction
Diamond Sand Bay, located in the Yong'an District of Kaohsiung City, features fine, soft white sand and clear blue waters, making it a favorite coastal spot for both locals and visitors. To enhance the charm of this sandy bay, the Yong'an District Office collaborated with the Xinguang Community Development Association, creatively transforming the coastline into an art-filled paradise. The originally monotonous wave breakers have been reimagined as seabird shapes, adding lively interest to the beach; abandoned fishing boats have been refurbished into sand play areas, attracting families to come and experience. Additionally, swinging on a swing while enjoying the sea breeze and the fluttering fish flags contributes to the bay's soothing and leisurely atmosphere.
