Taiwan Sugar Corporation Ice Products Introduction
Ren De Sugar Factory, established two years before the Republic of China era, is located near Bao'an Station. Its predecessor was Che Lujian Sugar Factory and belonged to the Taiwan Sugar Company during the Japanese occupation. It is a quaint Japanese-style building. With a long history, Ren De Sugar Factory was the most efficient sugar factory in Taiwan during the Japanese period. Although it doesn't have a prominent sign, it is definitely a known attraction among locals. You absolutely cannot miss the various ice pops, crispy ice cream, and red bean milk ice here. At this factory, you can find both nostalgic flavors and innovative treats.
