The Hsinchu Heritage Image Museum is housed in a building that carries a rich historical context and cultural characteristics. It was originally the first private glass factory established in Hsinchu City in 1925, founded by Liao Qi-Ming's son, Liao Fu-Di, and built in 1985. This building witnessed the development of the Hsinchu glass industry and recorded the transformation of the city's industry and culture. In 2009, under the careful design and renovation by the founder Liao Yi-Jia, this historical building re-emerged with a fresh appearance, injecting new life into modern cultural and artistic activities.
