Chen's Farm Introduction
Chen's Farm is located on the hillside at the end of the luxurious rural area of Jiuying Lake. The main attractions of the farm include the restaurant, orchard, and the stag beetles during summer. The restaurant offers Hakka cuisine and lei cha, while the orchard mainly features high-grafted water pears in summer. As for the stag beetles, the farm has dozens of the preferred guangla trees, attracting thousands of stag beetles and scarab beetles to the tree trunks every June and July, making it an excellent ecological teaching site. Additionally, when visiting Chen's Farm, the owner, Chen Hsin-Yuan, personally teaches children how to make the forgotten bamboo flute using local materials and create lifelike dogs from foxtail grass, which is quite fun!
