Lotus Temple Trail Introduction
The "Lianhua Temple Circular Trail" is the first circular trail located at the intersection of Xinfeng Township and Zhubei City along the Coastal Highway. The trail system is primarily constructed with wooden sleepers and passes through cohesive clay soil, lush vegetation areas, and lychee orchards. Both sides are planted with osmanthus trees, creating an inviting atmosphere. It is complemented by wooden walkways and viewing facilities for rest, and from the summit, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the Taiwan Strait. The western end of Fengbi Mountain juts out into the Taiwan Strait, resembling a phoenix's beak, commonly referred to as "Fengbi Tail." The coastal scenery is exceptional. Whenever the sun sets, the red clouds and mountains are intertwined, surrounded by green trees. The "Tamsui Pavilion Records" lists it as one of the Eight Scenic Views of Tamsui, named "Fengqi Evening Glow."
